ARE CHILDREN INVITED?

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate children under 12 at the venue due to restricted numbers.

CAN i BRING A PLUS ONE?

Due to limited space, we cannot accomodate additional guests. We can only allow the people named on the invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "(your name) & guest" if a plus one has been given.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking all phones and devices to be put away and turned off during the ceremony. We will have an amazing team of photographers and videographers to capture our special day. We want to ensure our guests are fully present during this special moment. However, please feel to take as many pictures at the reception as you would like! Also please do not post to social media until after we have had time to.

WILL WE BE DOING A HOTEL BLOCK?

We are not! We do have a friend that has a Holiday Inn Express in Springdale (about an hour from Eureka Springs), that has offered 1/2 off room rates. If interested please contact us. There are numerous hotels, and b&b's in Eureka Springs. We encourage to book early as they tend to fill up and rates get higher the closer it gets.

WILL THE WEDDING TAKE PLACE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Both the wedding and reception are indoors. The wedding is at The Thorncrown Chapel, and the reception is at the Basin Park Hotel.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Cocktail attire - We ask that the men wear a suit and tie and the women wear tea length, knee length or midi dress. Please do not wear white.

Is there parking at the venue?

There is parking at the Thorncrown Chapel. There is public parking a few blocks from the Basin Hotel on South Main St., and the Basin has a parking lot also. It would be best to drop off your passengers at the hotel and park at the Basin parking lot then walk or catch shuttle back to hotel. See maps below.

When do I need to RSVP?

The sooner, the better really! But please no later than April 1, 2025. This will allow us sufficient time to work with our caterers to make sure everyone's needs are met, and confirm final numbers with the venue, which we cannot amend after April 15, 2025

Do you have a wedding registry?

Thank you for celebrating our love with us! Gifts are not expected but very much appreciated! If you'd like to give a gift, we are mostly asking for contributions towards our honeymoon. We've set up a Honeymoon registry thru Honeyfund or Venmo. All contributions are extremely helpful and will be put towards our dream honeymoon in Hawaii! If you prefer to gift something that is not money we have created a small Amazon registry with some things that would help us start our new life together. You will find the info on this website.

Will there be alcohol at the reception?

No, we look forward to sharing a special evening with you, filled with delicious food, great company, and a selection of non-alcoholic drinks.

Will dinner be served at the reception?

Yes dinner will be served.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Please do not arrive before 4:00. The ceremony will start at 4:30.
